Akshay Kumar's 'Crack' SHELVED or not? Director Neeraj Pandey BREAKS SILENCE on his delayed film

Much has been said and written about the collaboration of Akshay Kumar and Neeraj Pandey for their upcoming flick titled Crack. While Akshay had tried clearing the rumours on social media saying that Crack will happen, other reports claimed that the movie has been shelved.

Now, the director Neeraj Pandey himself has spoken about the project. At the trailer launch event of the upcoming flick Naam Shabana, which is a spin off from Pandey's much appreciated Baby, the director informed, "We are working on the script of Crack right now. Once the script is ready we will begin (the shoot)." 

Apparently, Crack was to release on Independence day this year but since the script is not in place, that is unlikely to happen. So will the movie finally go on floors this year? Neeraj says, "I won't say anything till the script is locked."

On a related note, Neeraj and Akshay have previously collaborated on projects like, Baby and Special 26.
