Akshay Kumar reaches out to his ailing producer

Akshay Kumar has a heart of gold. Time and again, he has reached out to several needy people and helped them. This time, it was his ailing producer who gave him his first break. 

Ravi Shrivastava who was instrumental in shaping Akki's career in the beginning is currently suffering from kidney failure and needs money for transplant. When the news reached the superstar, he immediately got his team to take care of the producer. 

Ravi Shrivastava had given Akshay his first acting break in a film called Dwarpaal back in 1991. Unfortunately that film got shelved. But after the movie got shelved, Ravi helped Akshay get a role in Saugandh which happens to be his debut film.
