Akshat Singh in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa!

After creating a sensation in India's Got Talent, and appearing in The Ellen DeGeneres Show, little Akshat Singh, who apes Salman Khan to the 'T' is likely be a part of the upcoming season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Sources say that he has been balancing between studying and dance practice. Knowing him, Akshat is likely to bring shades of Salman in all the non-Salman songs too! When contacted, Akshat's father Abhay Singh confirmed that he had been approached for the show, but nothing has been finalised yet. This weekend, Akshat will be seen in Comedy Nights With Kapil as Palak's brother Dhamaka. All of eight, Akshat has mimicked Kapil and Dadi and even performed in the show. Says his father, "He enjoys Kapil's show. He liked dancing and mimicking others." Though the boy is a die-hard fan of Salman he is yet to meet his idol. "He has met Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, but is desperately waiting to meet Salman," says the father. As for Akshat, he has only one thing to say, "Aap mujhe Salman se milao". Malaika Arora Khan had promised him on India's Got Talent that she will get him to meet Salman - he is still waiting!
