Ajay Devgn missed Sanjay Dutt on his birthday

Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt have shared a close friendship, both personally and in their films.

As Sanjay Dutt turned a year older this Wednesday, Ajay Devgn posted a tweet saying, "A very happy birthday to my elder brother, waiting for you to come.”

All this time through Sanjay's incarceration, Ajay has made it a point that he stays in touch with him and even Sanjay is said to be writing touching letters to him or has been continually sending messages to him either through his wife Manyata or through some mutual friends, reporst an English daily. 

The Khalnayak star is currently in jail for the illegal possession of arms during the time of Mumbai riots and bomb in 1993. He is recently serving his sentence of 42 months at the Yerwada jail of Pune. He has been granted the permission to meet his wife Manyata, as such has been reported by a daily. 

Further, his other jail-mates also planned a small celebration for his birthday.
