After Shahid, it's Tiger for me, says Ahmed Khan

After the success of ABCD 2, it is obvious that dance films are here to stay but chorepgrapher-turned-director Ahmed Khan has no plans to make a dance-based film.

"I loved ABCD 2. Remo was my assistant and he is like family to me but that is also the very reason I am not making a dance-based film. I don't want to compete with him. I don't want people drawing parallels between our films. That is not something I would ever wish for," he says.

On prodding further, he says that if at all he does make one, it would feature Tiger Shroff. This is surprising because his closest buddy Shahid Kapoor is a great dancer too. "Yeah, Shahid is great. He is a very powerful dancer but Tiger matches him well.

After Shahid, it's definitely Tiger for me. Both are perfectionists. But the best part about Tiger is that he is not trying hard to be perfect. He is very agile and his dance is also a mix of martial arts and acrobatics. That gives him an edge." And what about Varun Dhawan? "Oh, Varun I would say is a commercial dancer. He brings that masala and commercial value to a song. I worked with him in Saturday Saturday and he is phenomenol."
