Actor Aditi Rao Hydari — who was last seen as the bubbly-goes-hot gal in London, Paris, New York this year — will now be seen in a rather sexy avatar in her upcoming film Murder 3 opposite Randeep Hooda. Considering the premise of the film, Aditi is naturally required to keep a strict watch on her diet to be able to flaunt her hotbod on the big screen.

“Aditi has always been very health conscious, but the film is such that it requires her to look her sexiest best, so she has been keeping a check on her workouts and diet even more,” share sources. And according to them, she has found the perfect way to do just that. Revealing Aditi’s fitness secret, they share that Aditi has been following Hollywood hottie Natalie Portman’s diet and exercise regime to get that hotbod.

“Like Natalie, Aditi’s figure is quite petite and svelte. We would often point that out to her. It was then that she revealed that she actually follows Natalie’s diet and exercise regime,” shares an insider, adding that Aditi also admitted to being a fan of the Black Swan star. “Aditi believes in being fit over going for a size zero, so she combines work-outs with a healthy diet. For her work-outs, it’s a combination of core lengthening and strengthening and Pilates and also power yoga,” says the insider.

As for what got her hooked to Natalie’s diet, the insider reveals that she was inspired after reading Jonathan Saffron Foer’s book Eating Animals. “After that she has stopped having eggs and milk. The special celebrity diet recommended excludes even confectionery items like cakes and bakes that have eggs in them.

And instead of these foods, consumption of lots of legumes and beans, skimmed milk and green leafy vegetables is encouraged,” adds a source, close to Aditi.

The source also reveals that since Aditi is a great fan of outdoor games, she loves going on a jog whenever she can. “But there are often days when her professional commitments take too much time. So on days like that, an hour-long power yoga session does the trick for her.”
