Actress Raven-Symone slams rumours she was assaulted by Bill Cosby

Legendary comedian Bill Cosby has recently been portrayed in the media as a serial rapist amid serious sexual assault allegations.

Several women have publicly come forward in recent weeks who claimed to have been drugged and raped by Cosby decades ago. 

On Tuesday, former supermodel Janice Dickinson alleges Cosby assaulted her.

However, Cosby’s former cast member on the 1989 hit TV show The Cosby Show, Raven-Symone wanted to make it clear she was never sexually assaulted by him. Symone who played Cosby's step-granddaughter, Olivia, on the family sitcom took to Instagram to clear up rumours circulating that she was one of Cosby’s alleged victims. 

She wrote on Instagram:

 

I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show! I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!
