TV actor Sanjit Bedi, known for his role in TV serial Sanjivani passed away on Tuesday in a hospital. Bedi was suffering from brain virus following which he was in coma for sometime.
The actor is survived by his wife.
The actor was most known for his role as Dr Omi Joshi in Sanjeevani that aired on Star One in 2004.
He was also seen in other shows like Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka, Kasauti Zindagii Kay, Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasman and Jaane Kya Baat Hui.
According to reports, Sanjit's funeral will be held at Chandanwadi crematorium in Marine Lines.
Condolences started puring in on Twitter where people remembered him for his roles on various TV shows.
