Ab Tak 62: Nana Patekar donates Rs 15,000 each to farmers' widows who commited suicide

Nana Patekar is a hero in real life too. Everyone's favourite movie cop (with all due respect to Chulbul Pandey),actually donated Rs  15,000 each to families of 62 Vidharbha farmers who committed suicided. He reportedly visited around 112 farmers' widows and plans to connect with 700 more in Nagpur, Latur, Hingoli, Nanded, Aurangabad, Usmanabad, Jalna, Bhusawal, Jalgaon, etc. 

Talking to a website, Nana Patekar said that he handed over the money himself because he didn't trust the money to reach the right hands. He has also asked farmers to get in touch with him if they were contemplating suicide. He is also going to take up their cause with the government.
