We all know about Aamir Khan being a perfectionist. Although, his hard-work brings out amazing results, recently it has been causing quite a lot of trouble to his co-stars Katrina Kaif and Abhishek Bachchan while they shot for Vijay Krishna Acharya's Dhoom3.

A few films in which these tactics actually produced great hits were:

Dil Chahta Hai. Here, as Akash Malhotra who doesn't believe in love, he played the role of an absolute carefree guy who took nothing seriously in life. For getting into character, he grew a short beard instead of acquiring a fake one just to make it give a 'real' essence.

For Ashutosh Gowarikar's film, Lagaan, he turned into an actor cum producer. Shot in Bhuj, a small village in Gujarat, the shooting was set up on a tight schedule with a strict time-table with Aamir acting as the perfect example by always being ready and on time. Moreover, after the completion of the shooting, Aamir and Ashutosh went all out promoting the film starting from Bhuj and ending it in the UK.

Ghajini's character of Sanjay Singhania, required Aamir to act as a businessman and psychotic killer out to revenge the death of his love. For this role, he needed to train for months to get into the right shape. Along with this, his hairstyle which was of a typical psychotic killer was also real as he refused to opt for nothing but the best!!

The 3 Idiots' Rancho was everybody's best friend by the end of the film. He had won all hearts with his amazing acting as a young future engineer and his epic All is well solution to all problems.

Seeing his big list of film hits due to his efforts, seems like this All is well actor really believes in the mantra of "Success ke peeche mat bhago, kaabil bano. Success toa jhak maarke peeche ayegi" whether anyone else agrees or not.
