Aamir Khan's 'Satyamev Jayate 3' fares decently, Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 8' underperforms

While both the superstars - Aamir Khan and Salman Khan have jumped onto the television bandwagon with two of the most popular shows on TV,  Aamir has edged past Salman when it came to TRPs.

Aamir Khan's Satyamev Jayate 3 which has taken a new twist in its format this season is performing decently and has garnered a TVR of 2.4. Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 8 which was expected to bring in firecrackers this season has turned out to be a dampener with ratings going as low as 2.1. Salman's Bigg Boss usually brings in huge TRPs for the channel as the show is enjoyed by people for its content. but going by this season, the show has turned out a little more bland than what it was expected to be.

Nevertheless, with some more arguments, fights, juicy gossip and some wild card entries, Bigg Boss 8 is expected to pick up in due course of time.
