Aamir Khan's 'Rangeela' to have a sequel?

Recently, some reports started doing the rounds stating that a sequel to Aamir Khan's Rangeela may soon be on the cards with Ram Gopal Varma.

As per a report on Deccan Chronicle, a source was quoted as saying, "RGV has started working on the second instalment of his cult Rangeela, which has tentatively been titled Rangeela 2. The director is currently working on the final draft of the film, and will rope in fresh faces.”

However, at the trailer launch event of Amitabh Bachchan starrer Sarkar 3, RGV rubbished all such reports as rumours saying, “The Rangeela sequel story is not true.”

Needless to say, all those who were hoping for Rangeela 2 are left disappointed now.
