A light hearted film next for Deepika Padukone?

Last time we met Deepika Padukone after the IIFA press conference, she confirmed that she will start her next Hindi film in September. Now, we caught up with her again and understood what the film might be about.

Deepika won the Best Actress Award for Piku. Her last two films have emotionally and. Physically drained her. She admits, "We thought after Ram Leela, it won't be the same case for long but in a year's time we did Bajirao Mastani which was even more exhausting," Deepika told.

But what about her next? Will it be a light hearted film to compensate for the exhaustion?

"Ideally, that should be the case. You will like things to fall in place like that. But then again, I am an actor and if I find a story challenging, I will do it. But right now, I do want to do a feel good film," she adds.
