'24' director Vikram Kumar gets engaged!

Vikram Kumar has just a had a movie release with actor Suriya and now he is also engaged. The 24 movie director got engaged on June to a young lady named Srinidhi in Chennai. Srinidhi works as a sound engineer with AR Rahman and the two met during their music sessions for the film. It is reported that Vikram Kumar and Srinidhi became good friends and then fell in love. The wedding is slated to take place in September. 

Vikram Kumar is now working on the script for his Allu Arjun film which will be in Telugu and Tamil. The director has done very few films in his 15 year career in films in South India - he has just done six in fact.

The director is media-shy and prefers to let his films do the talking rather than hog the limelight. His time travel film with Suriya which released in May this year was the biggest budget film for him in his career. Suriya also produced the film.
