It was a fantastic year for Bollywood's reigning queen Deepika Padukone in 2013 and the award seasons are an exemplary proof of that. Although Bollywood's leading actresses are known to be catty about each other, many actresses from Bollywood have lauded Deepika's performances. Priyanka Chopra and Deepika's friendship is well known while actress Shahana Goswami has been a steady support system for the dimpled actress.

Now, the 'Hasee toh Phasee' actress and Bollywood's newest Chopra-clan entrant Parineeti went on-record saying that 2013 was Deepika's year. The actress wants to replicate the success with her releases but knows that it's not an easy feat to achieve.

She said, "2013 has been fantastic for Deepika and I hope my films do well too. I have worked everyday for 18-hours without a break since August and my schedule is packed till April 2014."

Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra spoke about his 'awkward' experience in B-town parties since he did not know many Bollywood celebrities unlike star-kids and hence it was awkward for him to converse with people. On quizzed about his competition in Bollywood, Sidharth mischievously says, "Right now, we have just started off and questions of competition don't exist. But, in future I may just drop a name."

On a rather candid note, Parineeti told us, "There is no sense of competition amongst actors as we all have genres that we focus on. I don't care about how anyone else is doing as my focus is on myself and my improvements". With loads of banter, some personalized messages and a candid interview, the team of 'Hasee toh phasee' kept us in splits. We hope the audiences enjoys the movie as much too.
