2.0: Akshay Kumar shares a stunning still, says the film was a different story altogether

Said to be one of the most expensive films in the history of Indian cinema, Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0's trailer was launched at a grand event on Satuday in Chennai.

Director S Shankar's ambitious film's hype began with the teaser of the multilingual sci-fi venture, dropped on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi

Not just the promo, but even the trailer has received a thumbs up and an overwhelming response from movie buffs on the social media, so much so that, both curiosity and expectations have risen from the film.   

Apart from the story of the over Rs 600 crore budget film, the VFX used in film making, the costumes and makeup of the stars have intrigued the audience. 

Especially, the prosthetics used on Akshay Kumar, the antagonist in film, has become the talk of the town.

In fact, adding fuel to the fire, Akshay Kumar, on Sunday, shared a still from the magnum opus, which is quite fascinating to say the least. 

Not just that, the khiladi of Bollywood also revealed the film trivia and we are in awe. 

The atcor took to Instagram and wrote, "For an actor who never puts makeup, 2.0 was a different story altogether. To get this look right, I think I must’ve taken longer than the female lead #2Point0"

Well, this still from the film has left us stupefied! 

At the outset, for those who are wondering why there is more of Akshay Kumar and less of Rajinikanth in the trailer of 2.0 is because Akki enjoys a huge fan base pan India which will help the film to earn well at the box office. 

Produced under the banner of Lyca Productions, the film also stars Amy Jackson, Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey in pivotal roles, and is slated to release on November 29.
