Ironically, the most important set piece in the film were the Trains. A love affair that begun on train ended with a parting shot of the train. Many of us must have tried enacting that iconic train sequence and made a fool of ourselves but in the film, it was Kajol's winning race against the Indian Railways that stands as the most memorable scene from the film!
Mustard fields:
No one brought out the beauty of Punjab the way Yash Chopra did in his films. And not just the beauty, the iconic director made sure the scenery added more value to his plot. The iconic 'Tujhe Dekha' number playing with the serene mustard fields in the background set the hearts pulsating. And Kajol running to SRK (standing with his arms spread, silly!) turned out to be more than just a magical moment!
Cowbell:
If there's one item from the sets that most people wanted to possess, it was the cowbell. What would seem like a small prop to many actually enhanced and took the story forward. Switzerland:
When it's a Yash Chopra film, it cannot be complete without chiffon saris swirling in Switzerland! From the breathtaking locales to the snow capped mountains, Switzerland was not a mere location - it stood out as an entire character in the first half of the film.
