I still don’t understand it: Taylor Lautner on being most desirable actor

While women dream of this glorified on-screen werewolf and men envy him for obvious reasons, actor Taylor Lautner continues to be amused and delighted by this notion and the fame his character has garnered. As the final chapter of the series The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2,  is creating a lot of curiosity about his character’s look, the actor chats with After Hrs over e-mail. Excerpts:

How have you kept up with your evolving look in the Twilight series?
My character grew into a powerful werewolf in the Twilight series. How I manage is by following a simple strategy: Eat right and follow a smart, strategic workout regime. Maximise your genetic potential!

Are you going to miss it now that the last installment is releasing? 
I just think seeing everything come to a close, as a whole is moving. I know it’s very general, but it’s been such a long ride, and there’s been so much going on, and this one really wraps up nicely. It has a very high point, it’s super, super epic, but it comes to a nice end, and I think it’ll be emotional for everyone to see.

How does it feel to be described as the most desirable actor?
I find it amazing, the intensity of people liking it. It’s crazy. It’s an elemental thing that it connected to, which I still don’t understand. I hope people like it.
