How often do you travel for business and pleasure?
I travel practically every week for work. For pleasure, once every three months.

Who packs for you?
I do it myself.

What kind of packer are you? Last minute or meticulous?
I’m a last-minute packer, but I never miss out on packing any of my stuff. I’ve got it all sorted in my head and I can finish in 15 minutes.

What is your holiday personality?
I’m a theatre person ­— I never miss out on musicals and live shows like the Cirque du Soleil.

Things that you never travel without?
Hair straightener. My phone charger and a movie script if I need to read it.

Your favourite travel companion would be?
My sister Nigaar. She’s lots of fun. We have common tastes, like frequenting small cafes. But she’s a little crazier than I am... in the sense of being more outgoing.

Your favourite city in the world?
London. Because it has such an interesting mix of nationalities and cultures intermingled in it. Also for the shows on West End.

You prefer to use cash/credit card or travel cheques while travelling?
Debit cards. That way I know how much I can afford.

How do you pick a destination?
I’m impulsive. It’s usually spur of the moment. I went to Goa with a friend last week though I’m not a Goa person. I also learned to swim in two days there.

How do you book? Online or travel agent?
I always book through a travel agent.
