I laughed out loud at something I read yesterday. It was about a recent research that suggests men are weaker than women! Do we really need a research to tell us that?
It’s an oft quoted adage that God gifted men with something below their waist and something in their head but unfortunately not enough blood supply to run both at the same time. Also, the circulation is particularly weaker to the head when talking to a woman. And, that’s why you often hear men tell women things like, “But that’s not what I said!” or “But that’s not what I meant!”
Whoever said that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach was way off the mark. Actually, the way to a man’s heart is a few inches below his stomach. Arguably, that’s why infidelity is not so difficult a thought to entertain for most married men. Especially when he’s following his shopaholic wife around a mall and notices an angel in low-waist jeans that begins way below her navel and a short t-shirt that’s ended a few kilometres above her belly button. Now, if only he could hide his wedding ring, he could have asked her out for coffee to understand her history better and explore her geography further!
But if you wonder why a woman shows so little heart at times, it’s because her heart only weighs 8.8 oz compared to the 10.6 oz heart that weighs down a man. That explains why men are prone to give their heart to more than one woman at a time. Because they simply don’t want to burden any one member of the opposite sex with all that weight! It’s also a fact that the size of a man’s heart is that of two clenched fists, which is why he looks more angry than hurt when a woman dumps him for something like… a new pair of shoes!
While we all know that men are from Mars and women are from Venus, scientists have tried hard to find evidence of life on Mars while never daring to venture anywhere close to Venus. Why? Because most space scientists are men!
Finally, it’s now official that the universe is 13.7 billion years old. So what do you think is the average age of a woman if she is from Venus? Aha! Now you know why women often keep their age a secret?
