24 hours before...Sanjay Dutt was shooting for his film

Before his verdict on Wednesday, Sanjay Dutt was shooting for a song for Policegiri in Film City. A source from the unit says, “He was his usual warm, jovial self till he got a call at 6 pm.” A unit member says, “He and Prachi Desai were shooting for a song when he got a call.

He became anxious and suddenly his entire demeanour and body language changed. He went to his van and was holed up there. But he stayed on till pack-up time emerging from his van only to finish his shot. He completed the song portion and left around 6.45 pm.

When asked about the fate of the film now that the actor may have to serve his sentence soon, producer  Rahul Agarwal said, “I am in shock. Right now I can’t think of dates. Mr Dutt is like my elder brother. He’s family and the most kind-hearted soul I know. For me the movie is not a priority, Mr Dutt is.”
