In what is an indication of how big a market India has become for Hollywood films too, the upcoming GI Joe installment, G.I. Joe: Retaliation is set to first release in India, even ahead of it’s US release.
And according to the buzz, South superstar Suriya has been roped in to dub for Hollywood action hero Dwayne ‘Rock’ Johnson in the Tamil version of the flick. Directed by Jon M Chu, the sequel of G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra also stars Bruce Willis and Channing Tatum. About his chemistry with Willis in the film, Dwayne had said, “Bruce and my onscreen chemistry is special. I grew up on G.I.Joe and I absolutely love it!”
