Actress Geeta Basra will soon be featured in a BBC documentary on Indian women. The UK born actress has been chosen to feature in this unique feature film called The Real Women Of India, due to her strong Indian roots despite growing up in the West. The documentary aims to follow the reporter on a personal pursuit in India meeting new-age women from various walks of life and Geeta’s Bollywood journey fits the bill perfectly!
After a five year hiatus, the dusky beauty returned to the big screen in a raunchy avatar in a sizzling item number in Zilla Ghaziabad. The item song Ghaziabad Ki Rani Hoon Main was tagged by BBC as the item number of the year on Twitter recently. The brit girl has earlier acted in two films Dil Diya Hai and The Train, both opposite Emraan Hashmi, and will be seen next in Arshad-Soha starrer Joe. B Carvalho.
