South Korean rapper Psy has announced that he will be releasing the highly-anticipated follow-up to his hit song Gangnam Style in April, and will be holding a large gig in Seoul to mark the occasion.
The 35-year-old singer, sporting his signature sunglasses, made the announcement about the planned release in Korean and English in a video uploaded to YouTube, which featured Chinese, Thai, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Indonesian subtitles.
“April 2013 is a new single, worldwide all at the same time. And I’m gonna do a concert... you can see it live, on YouTube. Just for you,” the Telegraph quoted him as saying before he launched into new dance moves for the remixed version of Gangnam Style in the video.
Psy’s agency said that tickets for the concert titled Happening will be going on sale on March 11, adding that the event will feature the new song as well as his past hits.
