Simple Kaul enters Surveen Guggal

Simple Kaul is all set to enter Surveen Guggal post the one year leap. She will be essaying the role of Ira Shawney, Surveen Guggal’s  (Srithi Jha) boss in the fashion house. She will also be the love interest of Mohit Malik’s character.  Simple was last seen in Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma as Tarak Mehta’s first Kashmiri wife. Says Simple, “Surveen Guggal caters to youth audiences which is surely an advantage.

It’s a welcome change from a comedy and I hardly fit in the saas bahu dramas.  My character is of an aggressive professional who takes no nonsense from anyone. My look will be western and stylish. I am looking forward to playing the boss.  It will be fun.”  In the past Simple has done serials like Shararat, Yeh Meri Life Hai and played the title role in Niyati.
