We all face difficulties in life but facing the problem, accepting that yes this is a problem and that I can  deal with it basically that is the win win situation we do get caught in the midst of such situations and if we do not take it in our stride anxiety increases!

Sometimes situation seems impossible, but wait take a deep breath analyse, there could  be some reason behind it
We  take  plenty of  effort, nothing seems to work, it is at such a situation that you feel helpless and start blaming destiny. With this starts the negative thinking  but remember if you believe in yourself,  wait,  just calm down and you can. Of’course you can, but you must believe in yourself. Circumstances will never be the same, there are ups and downs , but the only constant factor is  change!

There is a super power over & above all
Sometimes it’s better to just leave things as they are. There is  a superpower above us, GOD or maybe some force which takes over. So we cannot always  get all the results as planned, some things are beyond our control. Circumstances are the way they are but that’s the way it is, so a change of your perception helps you to accept change positively.

Analyse the situation
You may not always be right but then we are human beings and only we can make mistakes, learn from that. Decisions may have been hasty or circumstances may not be favourable or maybe the way of doing it was not so well planned.
Its important to realize this  fact, replan the whole event or activity and look ahead at future with new hope based on our own determination to prove ourself. This could be our personal or professional life, or it could be a financial problem, but change your perception. This will help you change your approach. Refrain from feeling bad about criticism. In fact constructive criticism is a sure way to improve, all backed with
a positive mindset.

Nothing Is Impossible
We have preconceived ideas and we condition our mind and hence thinking, so our activities get limited , just release the vistas of your mind and see the difference. You will feel relieved. People grow up with rituals which sometimes seem totally unnecessary yet you continue doing it out of habit.After years of being habitual to these rituals it becomes a conditioned reflex and you get caught in your own doings! Try experimenting, avoid the conditioned reflex, do it the way you think it  is  and you will see the difference. Release yourself of an old habit which was limiting your mind!
Enjoy life, the destination is important but it’s the path leading to the destination which is also to be enjoyed. Live your life, don’t just exist.
