A unique motion simulator ride that has the iconic villain Mogambo take on Mr India, is being launched at a theme park Adlads Imagica in Khopoli. This is the only ride with an Indian connect in the park which has a total of 21 attractions. It brings back the film in animation and will make people feel that they are following Mr India on his amazing adventure. All the other attractions in the park have an international flavour with each ride having a story of its own, says a source. On devising a ride based on the film Mr India, Aarti Shetty, creative director, Adlabs Entertainment Ltd says, “Mr India has been a film that has achieved cult status among a wide target audience and that is why we acquired it much earlier. When we were looking for a film for this great motion base experience we immediately realised it was fortuitous. The old-world charm with the new-age tech makes the same experience feel fresher and more relevant.”
Participants in the ride will embark on the journey in a flying car. The car that was used in Mr India has been upgraded with trap nets, jet packs and water blasters to ensure that one is equipped to take on Mogambo. A robotic monkey will help in the battle of good versus evil.
The park will be open to all in March.
