While their last film Pyaar Ka Punchnama had co-actors Kartik Tiwari and Nushrat Bharucha play lovers-turn-rivals on the big screen, their forthcoming film Akaash Vani! Will see them play lovers once again. Luv Ranjan, who had directed them the last time too, is thrilled with the response the pairing has been getting this time around.
“PKP was a surprise hit, and this time there’s already a lot of buzz around the chemistry of the leads as they were quite liked together in PKP,” says a source. Producer Kuymar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak too admit that they have been getting a very positive feedback ahead of the film’s release.
An insider reveals that not only on screen, but off screen too there’s much chemistry between the two actors. “Both Kartik and Nushrat were seen bonding on the sets and would always keep everyone around entertained too with their experiences on the first film. Besides, the two good friends constantly pulled each other’s leg about their love-hate relationship in PKP. So, to suddenly perform out-and-out romantic scenes had them in splits,” adds the source.
