Actor Ashmit Patel is working out non-stop to get a new look for his upcoming film. The well-built actor, who is an adventure junkie and often indulges on road trips and various outdoor sports, has found a new way of achieving a muscular but lean body.
The actor, who is geared up to start shooting for his next in Rajasthan, is enthusiastic about his TRX training sessions. A source tells us, “He feels it’s a great way to get a lean body without losing out on strength, as the character he plays requires him to be less muscular and more on the leaner side.”
Ashmit says, “Unlike the usual training sessions in the gym, TRX is a type of workout that uses gravity and your own body weight to build strength, power, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. At the same time it prevents injuries and increases bone density. My trainer Fardeen Ibrahim recently got me started on TRX and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Whenever I am pressed for time, a quick kettle bell circuit does the job for me.”
