Actress Sameera Reddy — who seems to be super busy these days, while shooting for her upcoming film in Sri Lanka — is, apparently, palpably homesick. And it’s not just the food or family that the actor is craving for — she is missing the amazing combination of monsoons and Mumbai!
A source tells us, “Sameera simply loves the rainy season here in Mumbai. Apart from the water logging and heavy traffic, she loves the weather during this time of the year, as it brings much relief from the scorching heat of the previous months. Not only the weather, Sameera simply loves the rains.”
The actress, who is always in her fashionable best, still manages to keep herself stylish during this season. “Even during the monsoons, Sameera wants to step out in funky rain shoes and wear clothes that dry fast. As her schedule keeps her busy with back to back shoots and a lot of travelling, Sameera is not being able to find time to go out and enjoy the rains. Sameera still has time to finish her schedule, before that she won’t be able to return to Mumbai,” the source further revealed.
Sameera recently performed at a prestigious awards show in Dubai as she grooved to the hit number Kolaveri Di there. She had tweeted, “Enjoyed Performing in Dubai last evening! Rocked kolaveri di on stage!! What an Awesome night!”. Sameera’s last film was Ajay-Anil starrer Tezz. She is also doing a couple of South films as well.
