Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2017 results likely to be declared today; steps to check

The Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2017 results are likely to be released today by the UP Basic Education Board. 

The candidates who appeared for the UPTET exam held on October 15 can check their results at upbasiceduboard.gov.in. 

According to reports 9.76 lakh candidates had appeared for the state board TET exam that was held in 1634 exam centres in the Yogi Adityanath-led state.

The examination was held for two different categories - one is for the teachers from Class 1-5  and another for Class 6-8. Even the teachers employed on contractual basis in Uttar Pradesh were also eligible for the UPTET.

Steps to check your UPTET  2017 result:

1. Visit the official website upbasiceduboard.gov.in to check your results.

2. Click on the 'UPTET Result 2017' highlighted link

3. A different window displaying results will be opened.

4. The candidates must enter their registration and password.

5. Click on the submit button

6. After submitting, the results will be displayed
