Candidates who appeared for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) (Advanced) 2017 can heave a sigh of relief as the results of the JEE Advanced 2017 are announced.

Sarvesh Mehtani from Chandigarh bagged all India first rank while Pune's Akshat Chugh ranked second.

Debaditya Pramanik from Kolkata emerged as the topper in the eastern region with an All India Rank of 38.

Suraj Yadav from Haryana's Mahendragarh is the All India 5th rank holder. Rachit Bansal of Chandigarh has secured 9th AIR in JEE Advanced.

More than 1.7 lakh students had appeared for the exam. The students are competing for more than 11,000 seats at 23 IITs across the country.

The Joint IIT JEE Main results were declared by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in the month of April.

1. Log on to jeeadv.ac.in

2. Click on the link for JEE Advanced Results

3. Click on candidate portal

3. Keep your details like registration number, date of birth, mobile number, and email address handy to access the result

4. Keep a printout of the result for future reference

Through JEE (Advanced), IITs offer admission into undergraduate courses leading to a Bachelor's, Integrated Master's or Bachelor-Master Dual Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Architecture, or Pharmaceutics.
