Australia
Endeavour Postgraduate Awards: These awards offer complete financial support for international students from Americas, Europe, The Caribbean, Middle East, Asia and the Pacific to commence a postgraduate qualification at a Masters (up to 2 years) or PhD level (up to 4 years) either by coursework or research in any field of study in Australia. It includes tuition fees, travel allowance, establishment allowance, a monthly stipend, health insurance, and travel insurance.
Australia International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS): This Australian scholarship is available for graduate students from anywhere in the world (excluding New Zealand), who would want to pursue a research degree at a participating Australian university.
Endeavour Vocational Education and Training (VET) Scholarship: This scholarship provides financial support for international applicants to undertake VET at a diploma, advanced diploma or associate degree level in any field in Australia for upto two and a half years. Trudeau Scholarships: This is the most prestigious of its type in Canada with an annual value of upto $60,000 per Scholar for a maximum of three years. In addition to rich financial support, the scholarship also includes a separate annual travel allowance to allow research -related travel. It also covers other networking, professional development and dissemination expenses. It offers students the opportunity to leverage from a special relationship with an experienced Trudeau Mentor. It is valid for all international students undertaking doctoral-level study in Canada at selected institutions.
International Leader of Tomorrow Award at University of British Columbia UBC offers bachelors scholarships for meritorious secondary and post-secondary international students from around the globe. The worth of awards is proportionate with established financial need, up to full tuition costs for the relevant program of study, and living expenses.
Europe
In France the much reputed Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme targets to attract the talented foreign students for Masters and PHD degree programs at participating French Universities. The scholarship recipients receive a monthly allowance, but it does not cover tuition fees. The scholarship encompasses various other expenses including return trip, health insurance and cultural activities.

Lund University Global Scholarships (Sweden) is another scholarship program that is ranked amongst the best.
