IBPS SO 2020-21 Recruitment: Indian Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) will begin the online application process for various posts of specialist officers from November 2. All interested candidates who want to apply for Specialist Officer posts can visit the official site of IBPS at ibps.in and apply.
The IBPS SO Notification was released on November 1, 2020 on the official website. IBPS SO registration process would end on November 23, 2020.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply from the official site for the 647 Specialist Officers post. Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations listed as one of the Specialist Officers' post, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP SPL-X).
As per IBPS Calendar, IBPS SO Exam will be held on 26 and 27 December 2020. The candidates who would qualify in IBPS SO Pre Exam shall be called for IBPS SO Mains Exam which is scheduled for January 30, 2021.

The selection will be done on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview.
The selection process comprises of two-tier examination i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main.
Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination and shortlisted candidates in the Online Main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank.
The application fees for SC/ST and PWBD category is Rs 175/- and for others is Rs 850/-.
Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.
