The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to declare Class 10 Result in the coming days even as lakhs of students are waiting for them. Though the results were expected to be announced by July 20, but the board directed a few schools to revise the marks of the students after submission. Earlier on Wednesday, the board released a fresh list of schools asking them to revise the results submitted by them by July 25 (Sunday).

A letter from Controller of Examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj stated, “In case any school fails to complete the moderation process by then, its results will be declared separately.”

Following the development, CBSE may delay class 10th result in order to ensure class 12th result on time.

Earlier, CBSE in the Supreme Court had stated that it will announce class 10 results 2021 by mid-July, but the latest reports suggest that board exam result for class 10 students might get delayed.
This year, the CBSE had to cancel both Class 10 and 12 board exams due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Students are being evaluated out of 80 marks based on internal assessment strategies. Usually, marks are given to students out of 100, of which 80 marks are for written exam and 20 marks for internal assessment/practicals. However, if a student is not satisfied with the assessment, then he/she can appear for the examination once the situation (COVID19) gets normal. Like every year, this time, too the CBSE  Class 10, 12 Board Exam Results 2021 will be released on the official website of CBSE. Students can view their results on results.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in. A link will be activated here.
