It was a proud moment for engineering test prep institute FIITJEE whose students turned out successful yet again at the JEE Advance 2017. Twenty-four students from FIITJEE all India figured in the merit list of Top 100 JEE Advanced, as informed by Mohit Sardana, Director and head of Mumbai territory.
FIITJEE student Rahul Bhardwaj, was adjudged Mumbai topper. Rahul is a student of FIITJEE since Class IX. He secured all India rank (AIR) at 20, scoring 320 / 366 marks. “I am extremely happy that I could get such a good rank. I want to take up Computer Science at IIT Bombay,” he said.
Another student Sravya Devulapalli emerged Navi Mumbai topper in the girls category with all India rank 595, while Anish Kulkarni emerged amongst Thane toppers with all India rank at 752.
“We are extremely happy with the success rate this year. With the efforts of all our teachers and parents along with the hard work of student, we could achieve this,” said Sardana.
Around 2.2 lakh students appeared in JEE Advanced on May 21.
The success of FIITJEE students at national level year after year proves the superiority of the faculty, and the coaching modalities. Total of 24 students selected in top 100 AIR from FIITJEE pan India which yet again validates FIITJEE’s leading position in engineering entrance examination training.
Sardana said, “At FIITJEE, our attempt is to revolutionise the way students approach learning and make a difference in the way they think and understand.”
Congratulating the toppers, Anuj Rathore, Centre Coordinator, FIITJEE Thane centre, expressed confidence that the foundation laid by FIITJEE early in life will also help the students approach every challenge with courage and gusto.
