Two members of Kale gang held by Delhi Police in robbery case

The two are accused of robbery and evading their arrests. The two accused are brothers and are associated to Nadeem Kalu of the Kale Gang.

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police arrested two wanted criminals, Parveen Pappu (32) and Radhe Shyam (32), from Mandoli Chungi area and Nand Nagri under the MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act). The two are accused of robbery and evading their arrests. The two accused are brothers and are associated to Nadeem Kalu of the Kale Gang.

"On July 4, information was received that the two accused will be coming to Delhi near Mandoli Chungi and Nand Nagri to meet their associates. We then laid a trap near the area and the two accused were then arrested by our team," said Alok Kumar, Joint Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch.

The two accused are associated with Kalu, who has been involved in more than twenty cases of robbery and theft along with Kale gang.

On verification of the arrested persons, it came to fore that they were also wanted in other robbery and theft cases registered in different police stations of North-East district of Delhi.

The duo were working as drivers with some transport company in Ghaziabad to hide their identities. Further investigations is on.
