A nurse under training at a New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) hospital has alleged that she was raped by four staffers, including a doctor, inside the hospital premises in South Campus.

In her complaint, the victim said she was undergoing professional training at the NDMC-run Charak Palika hospital. She further said that on the pretext of getting her a job at the hospital, dark room assistants Krishan Pal, 53, and Surender, 50, raped her in the last week of October.

Thereafter, she was persuaded by Krishan to have sex with Dr Afzal Ali Khan, 40, and Dharam Singh, 40. The duo reportedly raped her in November. The four also asked the woman to give them some money to secure her employment.

Based on the complaint, the police have arrested Krishan Pal and Dr Afzal while Surender and Dharam Singh are currently absconding. Police said raids were being conducted at their possible hideouts, and they will also be arrested soon.
