Three women thrash a 65-year-old man in Noida

In a shocking incident, a 65-year-old senior citizen was beaten up on Thursday by three women in Noida sector-50 after he raised an objection over loud music and shouting.

Komal Chaudhary, Anu Chaudhary and Manu Chaudhary, all sisters and residents of Haridwar, were allegedly partying the entire night which disturbed the victim N Ravinder Iyer.

The trio allegedly came out of the PG accommodation where their sister was staying and started hooting on the streets following which Iyer, got perturbed.

Hassled by the noise, Iyer, who lived in the house opposite to the PG, went to the accused and asked them to stop the music. However, the women, who were in their mid 20s allegedly pounced on him and started beating him.
The victim received minor injuries on his face and started bleeding following which he called the police.

A medical checkup revealed that all the women were drunk. A case under section 151 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) for causing disturbance of the public place was registered. The accused were later granted bail after they were produced before the magistrate.

The Station House Officer (SHO) of sector-49 police station, Bijendra Singh Bhadana, said that the women were in an inebriated condition and also misbehaved with the police officers.

Iyer told the police that the accused misbehaved with him and caused him injury.
