The fun-loving 15-year old, who allegedly committed suicide in Noida, was also a poet. In her last poem, accessed exclusively by DNA, she wrote about how she put up a brave front in front of her alleged tormentors:

What her eyes hold, is something very bold/ No matter how much you try, you won't be able to see her cry/ For who she is, is someone so strong; that no matter what, she will never be wrong/ 'Cause all she knows, is being brave and bold/ Who she is, is someone so raw, it's not who you think you always saw

"She was not just a great dancer but also a good poet," said her classmate and close friend. "She used to write very meaningful poems. This was her last poem, after which I began noticing changes in her behaviour. She became more quiet. I tried ask her what was wrong, but she just pretended she was happy. She was also a bit of an introvert."

Meanwhile, sources in the internal investigation committee have revealed that the answer sheets of the girl were not checked by the teachers who were allegedly harassing her. "None of the teachers know whose copy they are checking. Initial investigation has revealed that the victim's copies were not checked by the accused teachers," said a senior police officer.

Police are yet to verify the allegations made by the family and failed to find concrete evidences against the teachers, due to which no arrest has been made yet.

On Friday, a team from Delhi government's Directorate of Education visited the student's home and spoke to her family members. "We have informed them about the allegations of sexual harassment made by our daughter," said the father. "We have also demanded a fair probe so that thousands of innocent girls do not have to suffer."

In the morning, the family members went to Gadhmukteshwar to submerge the teenager's remains in river Ganga.
