Police give green light to David Guetta concert

French DJ David Guetta will take the stage in New Delhi on Sunday, after Delhi Police granted organisers of the event, Percept Limited, permission to host the concert.

Police confirmed the news late Saturday evening after revieweing the details of the events, and security arrangements.

Joint Commissioner of Police (South-Eastern Range) RP Upadhyay said, "We have granted permission for the concert to be held in the city after completing all necessary formalities," he said.

The event, which will be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, will begin at 4 pm and will conclude at 10 pm.

Percept's Harinder Singh said, "We are happy that the Delhi police and other authorities have granted us permission to hold the musical event. We have always aimed to enthrall music lovers in the country and we appreciate the painstaking effort."
