Even after three deaths, the family members do not seem to have reconciled to grieve together. The family lost three of its members, including two brothers on Thursday after a fight over parking turned violent. While Jaspal is survived by two daughters and a son, Gurjeet is survived by his wife and two sons.

Relatives of the deceased, who had gathered at their residence, stated that the major issue between both the brothers was property. The children of the two brothers not only want the after death prayer ceremony to be held separately but are also mourning on separate floors of the same house.

The house that the two brothers lived in together was locally called the 'toofan' house, a name which was earned because of their father Harnam Singh Toofan. Harnam Singh passed away in August 2011. Neighbours in the area, who did not wish to be named, said,"Their father had a legacy, if anybody wanted to know any location, we would keep toofan house in mind and direct them accordingly. He was a fearless man who was always blunt and upfront.

They are living here for the last 40 years. The problems started after their father's death. They used to fight over minor issues that usually turned violent."
