Mother, 3-year-old daughter found dead​

According to ​the ​police​,​ the bodies were discovered by the husband Mithilesh, who works in the locomotive department in the Railways. “He reached his residence and found his wife Geetanjili and three​-​year​-​old daughter Ananya lying in a room. A suicide note was also recovered which stated​ that​ Geetanjili had health issues and was dejected with life,” said a police officer.

Police officers suspect it to be a case of murder as the handwriting on the suicide note did not match ​with the deceased ​and there were ​also ​stab wounds found on the body of the daughter as well as the mother. The husband has joined the investigations and is also being considered as a suspect.

Police are questioning him to ascertain facts. 

A case of murder has been registered. Further investigations are underway.
