The attackers take turn to beat the Nigerian with rods and someone is heard saying 'maar, maar' (beat him up).
The victim is seen squirming in pain while people just look on.
The incident took place on September 24, ANI said.
Earlier in March, a mob had attacked two Nigerians in Greater Noida's Pari Chowk.
Endurance Amarawa (21) and Precious Amalcima (24) were attacked by scores of people who were enraged by the death of 17-year-old student Manish Khari who died of a suspected drug overdose, an HT report said.
The incident sparked outrage in the African community living in Delhi.
However, this is not the first time that a native of African nation has been attacked in Delhi-NCR area.
A Congolese was beaten to death in Vasant Kunj in May last year. In 2014, a mob had attacked a group of African students at Rajiv Chowk metro stations. The incident was captured on CCTVs.
