Four-year-old girl gang-raped by drunk neighbours in Najafgarh

A four-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by two men in a deserted area of Baba Haridas Nagar in Najafgarh on Wednesday evening. The police said that both the accused, Anoop and Ajay, have been arrested. According to the police, the accused, both residents of Chhawala stand area, are said to have been in an inebriated state while committing the crime. "When the girl was playing outside her house, the accused, who lived in her neighborhood, lured her and took her away from the house, where they allegedly raped her in the deserted forest area," said a senior police officer. After executing the crime, the accused threw the accused in the bushes and fled. " When the child did not return home till late evening, the family started searching for her. She was then found in the blushes with blood flowing from her private parts," said a senior police officer. The family informed the police and a case was registered against the two accused while after the situation of the girl was critical, she was referred to Safdarjung Hospital for better treatment.
