Family of murdered gym trainer protest, demand action

The family members of 26-year-old gym trainer, Sajan Bhati, who was shot dead by a group of local youths in Salarpur village on Tuesday night, protested outside sector 39 police station, on Saturday morning.

Bhati's family members and locals gathered at the police station and demanded the arrest of the accused. "It has been five days but there is still no justice. Even on Wednesday we were assured of action but nothing has been done yet. We just want justice for our son. Until then, we will keep pressuring the police." said Gajraj Bhati, Bhati's father.

Gajraj stated they had filed multiple complaints with the police against the people who had attacked Bhati earlier as well, but no action was taken.

Police suspect that Sajan's death was linked to the previous murder. On Tuesday, Bhati was shot dead by four men outside his house.
