Delhi University will begin the registration process for admission to entrance-based undergraduate courses from Friday evening. The entrance examinations will be a computer-based online test and will be conducted in 18 cities between July 1 to July 6.

These programmes include: BA (Hons), Business Economics Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Financial Investment Analysis (FIA), BA (Hons) Humanities and Social Sciences, B Tech (Information Technology and Mathematical Innovation), Bachelor of Elementary Education (BElEd) B Sc Physical Education, Health Education and Sports (PEHE&S), BA (Hons) Multimedia and Mass Communication, and BA (Hons) Music.

The University on Wednesday postponed the schedule for admission in various undergraduate (merit-based) courses by four days, a day after it closed the registration process.

The first cut-off will now be released on June 24 instead of June 20. Aspirants can now get their documents verified from June 24-28. The second cut-off will be announced on July 1, followed by third, fourth, and fifth on July 7, 13, and 18, respectively.

DU concluded its registration for 60 undergraduates (merit-based) courses on Tuesday. Nearly 3.3 lakh students registered for admission, of whom 2.2 lakh managed to complete the process and make the payment. The number of applications received this year is nearly 30,000 less than last year's 2.5 lakh applications.
