The phasing and sequencing of the area will be done on analysis of complaints received through Public Grievance Management System and Revenue Management System.

Aiming to address public grievances and billing issues, Delhi Jal Board (DJB) is planning to start redressal camps at its zonal revenue offices from May 2.
Senior officers of the revenue department of the DJB including Member (Finance) will attend these camps to resolve public grievances. "Immediate decisions will be made on the complaints which can be resolved on the spot. In some grievances where policy decision is required will be taken up speedily," DJB official said.
An official said that DJB is internally developing software to track and process the complaints received during this campaign. The technology will enable a user to track their grievances.
According to a senior officer, the phasing and sequencing of the area will be done on analysis of complaints received through Public Grievance Management System and Revenue Management System.
Camps details will also be posted on DJB's website and social media. The local public representatives and RWAs will also be involved in this process for wider coverage.
