Ranjeet Pandey has been appointed as President and Ashish Garg as Vice-President of The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Ranjeet Pandey is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He is also an Insolvency Professional, registered with IBBI. He is a Law Graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and also a Graduate in Science (BSc). 

Pandey is a prominent speaker at various seminars, conferences and workshops organised by Banks, Industry Chambers, ICSI and ICAI. He has authored a number of articles on Company Law for ICSI publications.

Ranjeet Pandey has over 15 years of experience in the field of Corporate and Commercial Laws and has been practising as a Company Secretary since 2004. He is an advisor to the corporates in the area of Mergers, Amalgamations, Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Commercial Contract and Agreements, SEBI and Capital Market matters, Audits, Compliances & Due-diligence of Business.
