AAP MLA from Burari, Sanjeev Jha was questioned by the Delhi Police on Tuesday with regard to the ongoing investigation in the assault case on Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash. The alleged assault took place at the residence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's house and Jha was also present in the drawing room where the assault took place.

Jha was given a set of hundred questions ranging from the sequence of events to timings to how and what exactly happened inside the drawing room during that meeting. Investigating officials revealed that Jha, during questioning, confirmed there was commotion and argument in the room when the CS was seated on the sofa. Sources revealed that Jha was more open and gave replies to almost all the questions unlike the other AAP MLA's.

Jha's revelations, during the questioning which went for over five hours, will help the Delhi Police build a watertight case against the AAP MLA's.

OTHERS TO BE CALLED

Delhi Police will summon Rituraj Govind, MLA from Kirari on Wednesday evening and Rajesh Gupta, MLA Wazir Pur on Thursday for investigation.
